Business today is about bringing information together.  Increasingly, organizations are discovering that content and records management technology isn't just a way to bring this information together and save money, it is also a way to comply with legal and regulatory needs as well.  Imaging, document management, COLD, ERM, forms processing, workflow, output technologies, and portals have all come together to form today's enterprise content management (ECM) industry.  With 200+ vendors on the market, it is hard to determine the best approach.

Unlike most other technologies, these can't be implemented without careful attention to business processes.

That is where eVisory comes in.

We are one of the nation's top unbiased consulting firms for these technologies. We do not sell or represent systems. We do not provide systems integration or other implementation services. We are real consultants who act as your advocate.

Our people have extensive involvement with the specific technologies and business practices in use by our clients. The people of eVisory  have been involved in over $4B of procurements, founded various companies, created standards, and helped build the industry.

eVisory can help guarantee that any systems are installed on time and with the right operational functionality. In an industry with a 30% failure rate, our end-user customers have had a 100% implementation success rate.  We are true experts with real methodologies backed up by continuous industry research - that is one reason why most of our projects are fixed price.

Unlike many companies in this industry, we aren't new.  Our roots go back to 1991 as Imaging Consulting.  Later our founders built IMERGE Consulting before splitting into eVisory.
We evolved through principals of IMERGE Consulting. Our history includes projects such as Intel, Coca Cola Enterprises, US Postal Service, the IRS, Capital One, Trigon, Amtrak, Verizon, the Federal Reserve Bank, Tupperware, and Chemical Bank.  Unlike most consulting firms who chase the latest technology buzzwords, eVisory has always just focused on the ECM industry.  Today we are a privately-held woman-owned small business with consistent growth and profits.

eVisory
is led by some of the most senior people in the industry. Our people have founded companies, chaired industry standard groups, and literally helped build the industry.

The secret has been our unwavering industry focus. We do not sell hardware, software or integration services. Unlike systems integrators and accounting firms, eVisory
provides our customers with unquestioned objectivity and true unbiased advice.
